Host a 1-Hour Online Class of Your Choice for Donations!

My name is Vanessa Veak, I am a rising undergraduate junior at Stanford. I am currently working with a human rights and education NGO–Magic Bus India Foundation–and we have been reaching out to a lot of artists from different fields, seeking help to do a fundraiser online with us. We would like to branch out and collaborate with people associated with Stanford, alumni, current faculty, etc. or America in general. Generally, it would entail us hosting an online 1 hour session with you on our social media platforms on the content of your choice, which can be teaching your own lesson, talking about the work you do, any other talents, or literally anything that excites you. The objective through these sessions is to encourage your audience to donate to Magic Bus to support the cause.

All proceeds from this collaboration will be directed towards Magic Bus’ COVID-19 relief efforts to help provide 1.8 crore meals to 57000 families for a month.

By being a part of such mega online fundraising events, people such as yourself create an impact that is bound to be a part of a larger social change since all proceeds are directed towards Magic Bus’ COVID-19 relief program. This opportunity to engage with you would be promoted across all our social media platforms, and would request you to do a few shout outs as well.

More information about Magic Bus can be read in the document attached to this email.

Please let me know if you or anyone you think would be of great interest would be interested in collaborating with us on this fundraiser and I can work with you on further steps, or any questions, comments, or concerns! Every small contribution makes a big difference.
