Lahore by Metro Faizan Ahmed flyer

Faizan Ahmed, Lahore-based photographer, storyteller, and author, will give a talk about of Lahore by Metro, a compilation of intimate portraits and stories captured entirely on a smartphone. A celebration of Lahori commuter life, this photo book brings us stories of ordinary heroes against a backdrop of everyday life. The project deconstructs for us the makeup of the urban landscape and introduces us to the very people who give it life through their innocence, bravery, compassion, and most importantly resilience.
