PWR 1HK: Writing & Rhetoric 1: Food Values: The Rhetoric of What and How We Eat

PWR 1 courses focus on developing writing and revision strategies for rhetorical analysis and research-based arguments that draw on multiple sources. This course takes as its theme how food and food practices are tied to our social identities, including gender, race, class, and cultural backgrounds.
